Eggs Moby Dick

Mo's Version of Eggs Benedict:

    Whole grain bread - toasted

    Canadian Bacon - warmed

    Eggs fried - sunny side up

     Layer in that order and top with sauce:

                      Mayonnaise - 3 T

                      Wasabi mayonnaise - 1 T

                      Parmesan cheese -    1 T

                      Onion diced -         1 T

     Adorn with olive (green or black) and two strips of bell pepper.
