On the Pend Oreille River
Paddle your way down the Pend Oreille River in this two day event sponsored by the Newport Oldtown Chamber of Commerce. Put your canoes and other flotation devices into the river at Usk and make your way down to Ione, pulling off frequently to draw a playing card for the best poker hand. Camping spots are available along the way.
