Contracted to sell the estate of recently deceased, Caleb Gunter, Kelly and David Madison of K&D Realty take on more than they bargained for. When the bequests left to his step-children in Caleb's last will and testament appear to be booby-trapped, suspicion points to Caleb; however, Kelly encounters unpleasant sabotage aimed at keeping her from showing and selling the estate. An exciting emergency flying incident when her engine quits, has Kelly wondering if her plane, too, has been sabotaged. The surprise ending shows how deep hatred can fester for years.
